I want to return my order what do I do?
If you choose to return your coffee for any reason it must be sealed in its original packaging. We accepted returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To return an item please email us with your order no and items you wish to return. Postage and packaging is the responsibility of the sender unless you are returning a damaged or defective item.
I don't like the taste of the coffee, can I return it?
Our coffee is good, really good and we have chosen these coffees for their interest and quality. If you are unhappy with the taste and think it is defective you can send it back and we will check it. If the coffee is defective we will offer you a refund including p&p. Remember to store your coffee properly to avoid your coffee going stale.
My order is damage how do I return it?
If your order is damaged or defective just get in touch within the first 48 hours of receiving your order and we will get it all sorted out for you.
My order didn't arrive on time, can I return it?
If your order arrived outside of the stated delivery time and you would like to return it we are happy to take it back and give you a full refund. Just get in touch. If you are looking for a quicker delivery time than what’s stated get it touch and we will see what we can do.
