If you choose to return your coffee for any reason it must be sealed in its original packaging. We accepted returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To return an item please email us with your order no and items you wish to return. Postage and packaging is the responsibility of the sender unless you are returning a damaged or defective item.
Our coffee is good, really good and we have chosen these coffees for their interest and quality. If you are unhappy with the taste and think it is defective you can send it back and we will check it. If the coffee is defective we will offer you a refund including p&p. Remember to store your coffee properly to avoid your coffee going stale.
